Record note — initiation date

Charter members were initiated through Omicron Sigma Chapter before Gamma Alpha Kappa existed, so the initiating chapter shown in the Fraternity’s system is expected. Only the date differs: the Fraternity’s system lists 15 November 2008, the chapter record lists Summer 2008. Fraternity documentation was recorded inconsistently prior to 2011, and the chapter record is retained as authoritative. The discrepancy is logged rather than removed.
